Job Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years working experience.

· Able to work independently, well organized, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player.

· Experience in ERP implementation will be an added advantage.

· Develop new sales account in augment of current running account to industrial and retail customers.

· Monitor customer receivable account and debt collection

· Work closely with branch outlet

· Candidate with sales experience in paint/coating industry will be preferred

· Ability to plan work schedule, to take initiative and reach sales target set

· To assist Sales Manager in carrying out sales plan, budgeting

Responsibilities:

• Perform order processing via system.
• Perform packing for cargo.
• Able to read and reply email.
• Update daily order status.
• Receive and issue goods.
• Handling and sorting physical shipping goods.
• Put away goods to/from storage locations.
• Assist in ensuring cycle count accuracy.
• Maintain proper inventory control well maintained.
• Ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
• Maintain housekeeping at all times.
• Maintain safe work procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• At least Secondary education.
• Physically fit.
• Able to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• 2 years logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift license will be an advantage.
• Work At Height certificate will be an advantage.

4. Able to use MS Office (Excel & Words).
