Job Description:
- Processing daily online orders for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc)
- Ensuring timely dispatch of all parcels dispatched within the given deadlines
- Replying to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Carrying out customer service recovery from customer reviews
- Participation in sales campaigns
- Managing monthly sales and promotions of platforms to meet monthly sales target
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory count across platforms
- Designing of marketing materials (sales banners, product banners, etc)
- Maintenance of SKUs under all platforms, including launching of new SKUs and updating current SKUs
Additional duties of the E-commerce Executive include:
· Preparing of financial statements for Accounting Department
· Maintaining of all supplies within the E-commerce office including office and packaging supplies
· Understanding costs (commissions, products and packaging materials) to factor into product pricing
· Optimization of workflow within the E-commerce office
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing / E-Commerce/ Other relevant courses is a plus
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent customer service attitude and skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, emails
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure
- Cross-functional capabilities – the ability to hands-on with all teams
- Detail and deadline-oriented
Working Day & Timing:
Working Day & Timing: 5.5 days work week
Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 1pm
