Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a 'Customer First' initiative by implementing, coaching, and communicating excellent customer service standards.

• Monitor and evaluate invoicing processes to optimise efficiency and accuracy in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.
• Actively participate in Germaxco's growth plans through Impact Team initiatives and learning journeys.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Certification in the Customs Declarant Test is required.

Project Introduction: The specific objectives of this project are as follows:

Objective 1: To review and synthesise relevant theories/processes on foundational concepts in CCE.

Objective 2: To develop a rigorous and actionable SCCCE framework that is

a) grounded on philosophical, psychological and educational theories about character and citizenship education; and

b) informed by latest research across various interrelated disciplines.

Requirements

• Have a Bachler’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Psychology, Philosophy, Education), or expect to have such a degree by the starting time of the position
• Demonstrated ability to conduct literature search and synthesis
• Ability to write reports, publications and presentation materials
• Ability to present research findings through various platforms
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work cooperatively in teams
