Responsibilities:

• Handle partial accounts (AP, AR)
• Ensure that 3-way matches are performed by matching the Purchase Order, receiving report and amount to the supplier invoices
• Resolve any discrepancies with suppliers and internal department
• Prepare the monthly supplier reconciliation statement from the vendor’s statement of account against internal AP aging list.
• Process Payments to the vendors according to the company payment policy and follow up on any payment queries
• Code payable invoices with correct general ledger codes
• Generate AP journal and monthly closing exercise.
• Process staff claim payment.
• Responsible for responding to vendors queries.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• At least 2 years of partial accounts experience
• Available to commence work within short notice preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collection and Handling

• Collect linen trolleys from the residences at least twice daily
• Wash residents’ clothing and linens such as draw sheets, bed sheets, pillow cases and patient care accessories (mittens, heel protector, etc.)
• Ensure optimization of each washing or drying cycle
• Use disinfectant or the assigned detergents for laundry which require special treatment to avoid contamination e.g. soaking and washing of infected clothing in the washing machine at the right temperature

Delivery and Mending of Clothing

• Distribute clean residents’ clothing, linens and accessories to the respective residences
• Mend clothes and linen which are torn

Maintenance

• Keep the laundry area clean, neat and dry at all times
• Take necessary steps in the control and usage of washing detergents, disinfectant and bleach
• Ensure that the laundry equipment function well and are in good working condition at all times
• Report any equipment malfunction or breakdown to reporting officer immediately

Others

• Performs any other duties as assigned by Senior Executive, Senior Manager or Head of Centre

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at one of our clinics.
• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.

• Assist and support in managing restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods via tracking, monitoring and analyzing Sales, Labour & Food cost variances
• Participate in planning weekly schedule planning and daily team floor plan.
• Trains and provide on-going communication to staff and deliver first-class service to customers
• Propose staff changes in assigned areas, including hiring, promotion, demotion and vacation leave
• Maintain safety requirements in the restaurant.
• Handles customers' feedback promptly.
• To comply ad-hoc with all the admin and paperwork requirements.
• To maintain high level of knowledge of wines, knowledge in pairing of wines to food and to be able to upsell to guests.
• To be able to work independently and manage smooth operations and troubleshoot problem areas effectively.
