Job Description & Requirements

* Effectively supported logistics department in all administrative areas and handling filling system.

* Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities.

* Assist the logistics manager in developing and preparing monthly metrics reports.

* Planning of space, freight analysis and calculation, invoices interface

* Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.

Job Requirement:

* Good interpersonal and communication skill

* IT savvy and familiar with SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS)

* With relevant working experience in logistics industry

* Familiar with custom regulations, incoterms, letter of credit preferable

* Prepare to pick up incoming calls anytime especially after working time

* Willing to do OT on every Sunday

Responsibilities:

• Purchase administration and order processing
• Negotiate with suppliers for the most cost-effective deal
• Negotiation of pricing, credit terms and supplier contracts, delivery schedule
• Monitor cost and project budget and develop cost forecasts
• Vendor development-evaluate vendors based on quality, on-time delivery, and cost
• competitiveness
• Source of quotation and liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and relevant internal
• departments
• To perform any other duties as assigned by management

Job Description:

• Post job advertisements on various channels.
• Review candidate applications and shortlist candidates, conduct initial phone interviews.
• Arrange and conduct interviews together with hiring managers.
• Follow-up onboarding and offboarding process, e.g. new join contract preparation and letter
• Onboard new join, prepare contract and follow up necessary documents
• Process work passes for foreign workers in accordance to government’s rules & regulations.
• Maintain and organise employee P-file records, prepare and file HR related letters/documents, to ensure accurate and up to date record.
• Process training registration and be familiar with grants and subsidies. Maintain and update training records accurately and timely.
• Check employee’s attendance and update TMS attendance system twice a month.
• Administer and monitor employees’ leave and assist in any enquiries related to leaves.
• Issue MHC medical card and verify medical bills.
• Undertake other HR & Admin functions and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
• Attend to employees’ queries on various HR-related matters

• Handle and sort daily mailers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in HR & Admin.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore HR practices and Employment Act
