The Office of Commercial and Auxiliary Services (OCAS) oversees the management of estate leases and commercial services (such as leasing of spaces for F&B, amenities & lifestyle services) and auxiliary services (such as car parks, shuttle bus services) for NTU’s main campus, Novena campus and NTU@one-north campus.

This position is responsible for the marketing and leasing of offices, F&B and retail outlets, Childcare Centre, Medical Centre, among others on the NTU main campus, preparing of lease agreements, licence and service agreements and finding the right tenants for units available for lease. The Senior Executive, Leasing will engage actively with other Offices in NTU as well as student bodies in meeting the needs of the NTU community. 

Responsibilities:

• Identifying suitable potential tenants, reaching out to them to understand their space requirements and marketing suitable units to them.

• Performing lease management and administration, including new and existing leases for renewal.

• Participating in trade-mix planning for NTU campus and conducting site visits for interested tenants.

We are currently looking for an analyst to join our Market Development team. The team oversees sales and marketing activities for 12 countries in Asia and Oceania region. This is a 1 year full-time contract position.

What you will be doing…

You will be assigned to take responsibility of some countries under the region and will coordinate with the branch offices to help them achieve the sales targets.

1. Strategy Setting

• Support the management to set strategy for the Sales Area.

2. Corporate Contract

• Monitor and Analyze Corporate revenue result.
• Approve the discount level of corporate contract submitted by branch offices.
• Consolidate Corporate monthly performance review and market condition overview.
• Work closely with Joint Venture (JV) partner on any corporate pricing discussion and coordination.
• System (Salesforce) user support, inquiries & ad-hoc improvement projects and training for new hires in each branch offices.
• Private fare master rules update & coordination with HQ in Japan.
• Basic corporate contract and Salesforce training for new hires in the region.
• Support branch offices for Corporate Sales.

3. Travel Agency

• Monitor and Analyze Travel Agency performance.
• Approve the discount level of incentive submitted by branch offices.
• Co-ordinate expense budget.
• Consolidate Agency Quarterly performance review and market condition overview.
• Work closely with JV partner on any travel agency incentives discussion and coordination.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
• 2-3 years experience in Airline Sales or Airline marketing data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Open to travel in Asia & Oceania region including Japan for business, if necessary.

POSITION GOALS

The primary objective of this position is to provide high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and Customer Relations with the day-to-day operations of the division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include, however not be limited to:

• Be the first point of contact to greet clients and understand, answer and address client needs with a solution-oriented approach.

• Analyse business processes to suggest process improvements using RPA solutions.
• Conduct end-user training on catalogue system and provide on-going production support.
• Plan workflow initiation for new service requests and ensure requests are delivered on time through regular monitoring of status request.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in workflow/process planning and IT system support
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, power BI
• Knowledge or Experience with AI or automation tools (BluePrism, UiPath, etc)
• Cloud experience is advantageous
• Good analytical and organization skills
• Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
