Duties and Responsibilities

• Process vessels’ requisition orders including orders for equipments, spare parts and other supplies
• Source, select and contact suppliers, both local and overseas, to obtain quotes
• Compare prices and shortlist suppliers
• Confirm orders and co-ordinate with suppliers for smooth delivery to the vessels or office
• Monitor, input and update requisition requests, quotations received and approvals by the General Manager and Fleet Managers into the Central Processing system to generate purchase orders number and order confirmations
• Manage suppliers to improve quality, delivery and service performance

Requirements

• GCE “A” Level or its equivalent and above
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in handling purchasing and / or procurement work in ship management activities or related industries
• Good MS Office Skills
• Resourceful and meticulous
• Able to work under tight deadlines

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• IT Planning Support

Support for IT infrastructure & Application planning an implementation, maintenance support and these budget under IT head supervises.

• IT-related Project Management & Coordination support

Coordinate project deliveries for IT initiatives, applications and solutions.

Support to implement new IT tools and change the setting of existing IT tools in corporate with relevant.

• Office IT Support

Responsible for support of Office IT and Data Center operation with performing the role below :

1) Support Office IT such as helpdesk & troubleshooting.

2) Lifecycle planning and execution for IT devices.

3) Procure, setup and deliver IT devices and services for end users.

4) Perform contract procedures between related parties such as estimates, orders, and billing.

• IT Risk management Support

Coordination of IT Risk management activities.

Perform the role below

1) Monitoring & Reporting Software License Inventory

2) Backup & Recovery monitoring & reporting

3) Cybersecurity monitoring & training

• QCD Improvement & DX promotion

Develop standard operation and documentation for Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) of IT.

Make proposal for QCD improvement and digital transformation planning and execution.

Any other duties assigned by superior or by Company

SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT related field
• At least 4-5 years relevant experience
• Knowledge and skills for some IT areas of Cyber security, Network, Cloud Computing, process automation (RPA), Business Data Analytics, project management (PMBOK), IT service and these certifications.
• Good interaction with people
• Able to communicate concepts and ideas well.
• Strong written and verbal communications, Logical thinking
• Able to work independently as well as work in the team
• Good knowledge on computer hardware and software, MS Office,
• Pivot, Macro, power Bl etc.
