Reports into the Treasury Manager

OVERALL SUMMARY

The role is within the Treasury (Debt Management) team, and the individual will be working closely with other functions in the Treasury team. Responsibilities includes administering and maintaining the loan and swap book, as well as assisting in debt/ treasury related activities.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Administer loan and swap book (for new and existing facilities)
• Liaising with banks/agents for rate fixing, arranging for timely debt servicing (including swaps, FFAs), arranging for loan disbursements etc.
• Checking/verifying all payments and disbursements (including bank charges, interest/swap/fee calculation) in relation to the loan and swap book
• Preparation of treasury management reports/forecasts to internal departments (including Cash Management and Accounts) on all debt related activities
• To assist in fund raising activities, preparation of bank presentations, as well as information requested by existing/potential banks
• To assist in maintaining/developing existing/new banking relationships
• To assist in optimizing funding structure, e.g. hedging structures/policies relating to interest rates, currencies, interest periods and so on
• Updating and maintenance of databases for debt and treasury related activities
• Ad hoc support for other treasury related activities as required and directed

Qualification/Experience

• At least 3 years in similar treasury function of corporation handling significant loan book or in a bank engaged in credit administration and/or corporate lending activities
• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or equivalent
• Flair for numbers and meticulous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills – spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with banking terms and financing structures
• Good IT knowledge eg. Microsoft Word, Excel
• Knowledge of treasury system Kyriba is a plus

• Plan and manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the Library, including management of resources and collection development within the approved budget.
• Plan, develop and implement library policies and Standard Operating Procedures ("SOPs") for library operation and management, upon obtaining the Authority’s approval.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs.
• Provide the relevant management reports on library usage or transaction statistics, such as loan of materials, reference enquiries and etc., in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as to the frequency and schedule of report submission.
• Manage the Library Management System (“LMS”), i.e. circulation, cataloguing, acquisition and access to online catalogue. To maintain accuracy of data in LMS and to monitor the movements of library items.
• Assist in asset tracking, i.e. tracking of Library's assets including furniture, trolleys & equipment.
• Perform library counter duties and manage the library loan services.
• Manage the inter-library loans and document delivery to support the Authority’s information needs (for official purposes only). Fulfil request within five (5) working days, subject to the availability of requested title(s).
• Liaise with relevant Divisions on facilities management, IT and security matters.
• Any other library-related administrative duties assigned by the Authority's Appointed Representative.

Requirement:

• A Diploma (preferably from a local polytechnic) with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in a law library is preferred.

OVERALL SUMMARY

The role of this function is to:

• Manage the liquidity position of the Group, including effecting payments and monitoring receipts

THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive - HR (People Experience) to support our initiatives in enhancing organisational culture, employee experience and well-being, talent management and learning. This role is essential in supporting the implementation of programmes that foster a positive work environment, promote employee and talent retention and ensure the well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

Organisation Culture:

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to cultivate a positive and inclusive organisational culture.
• Monitor and track the progress of existing initiatives. Assist in evaluating existing initiatives for effectiveness and relevance.
• Support initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
• Assist in conducting regular assessments of organisational culture (pulse surveys, focus group discussions, employee engagement surveys) and work with stakeholders to recommend improvements.

Employee Experience & Well-being:

• Contribute to the framework, design and delivery of employee wellness programmes that promote holistic well-being (physical, mental, emotional, environmental etc).
• Help identify touch points in the employee journey to understand stakeholder pain points and review areas for improvement. Work with Organisation Excellence on relevant processes.
• Research industry best practices and propose recommendations for employee experience and wellness programmes. Support the implementation of programmes and initiatives.
• Monitor and track the progress of existing initiatives. Assist in evaluating existing initiatives for effectiveness and relevance.
• Assist in the management of HR suggestions as part of our Staff Suggestion Scheme.
• Assist in the development of employee communications, for example, Eat with Your Family Day, Family Day etc.
• Support employee orientation and induction for managers.

HR Policies:

• Assist in reviewing HR policies, operating manuals and staff handbook to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and playbooks for all employees.

Talent Management:

• Support the design and implementation of talent management programmes, including succession planning, career development, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and work on development plans to nurture high-potential employees.
• Assist in implementing strategies and work with People Managers, HR Business Partners and Rewards & Analytics teams to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Other Duties:

• Cross-learning and coverage of duties within the Talent & Organisation Development team, e.g., assisting in the curation and delivery of learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist with HR projects from time to time.
• Assist with the logistics, coordination and planning of HR projects and workshops as required.
• Participate in organisation-wide activities such as internal committees e.g. Staff Appreciation Night.

• Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in Organisational Development, or HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist role with a good understanding of working with employees.

• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy writing and write well.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Support the Operations Manager in daily planning and coordination.
- Optimize resource utilization for cost-effective management.
- Oversee the operations team in delivering services and patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve work processes.
- Work closely with clinical, nursing, and allied health professionals.
- Contribute to proposals and activities for operational improvements.

Job Description

• Support the Assistant Manager in implementing best practices for fundraising campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the review of fundraising materials, gift agreements, and appeal letters
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance communication and collaboration, and contribute to the alignment of fundraising and risk policies
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts, while assisting in the establishment and adherence to internal guidelines and protocols for fundraising based on statutory requirements and best practices
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and charity regulations across all fundraising initiatives
• Utilise Visio for drawing process maps, conducting data analysis, and creating presentations to support fundraising initiatives

Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

· Attend to all guests’ check-in by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing and activating room key.

· Attend to guests’ check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.

· Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.

· Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.

· Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.

· Attend to all guests’ requests and queries promptly, politely and efficiently.

· Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained to ensure guests’ satisfaction.

Requirements

· Previous Front Office experience in a similar environment will be an advantage

· Working knowledge of Opera is preferred

· Team player but also able to work independently

· Customer oriented with a pleasant disposition

· Able to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment

· Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holiday
