Ā· Book keeping, keeping track and managing of accounts payable and receivables
Ā· Managing and generating billings and invoices in a timely manner
Ā· Monitor and ensure payment within time frame, general book entry and coordinate with accountants in ensuring accurate and on time filing where necessary
Ā· Managing claims and reimbursement
Ā· Ensuring accounting operations are carried out according to internal SOP
Ā· Perform other financial and accounting duties as required
Requirements:
Ā· Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent
Ā· Hands on experience with accounting software
Ā· Hands on, meticulous and organised
Ā· Hard working and a good team player
