• Create and oversee marketing campaigns.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and conferences organized by the company.
• Prepare budget and time constraints.
• Monitor company’s sales performance and meet personal quota and sales team goals.
• Design, execute marketing schedules, work in collaboration with the marketing department and operations team, colleagues, sponsors, media, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.
• Sound product knowledge with excellent presentation delivery and registration process.
• Address clients’ enquiries, feedback, complaints professionally in a timely manner.
• Customers relationship building and maintain strong rapport with them through excellent customer service delivery.
• Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives.
• Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years proven sales experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive with customer service function or in a similar position.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, sales, oral and written communication skills.
• A good command of the English language is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
• Results driven, positive, responsible, organized, reliable individual and a team player with good work ethics.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task under tight timelines.
