Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business/Business Admin or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of payroll experience
• Familiarity with MOM labour laws
• Advantageous to have at least 2 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Regularly update reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
• Address both internal and external inquiries;
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with the Support team to resolve issues related to robotic tools;
• Oversee ad-hoc projects delegated by the Team Manager;
• Promptly escalate any discrepancies or deviations to the Team Manager;
• Aid the Team Manager in conducting testing across various systems and prepare documentation for system launches.
