Overview:

In this role, you will be the expert in planning, implementing and ensuring compliance with ISO standards at all levels of the company. You will be required to maintain documentation, conduct internal training and audits pertaining to ISO standards adopted by the company. Responsibilities include:

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Culinary Science, Quality Assurance or related field

• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

• Basic knowledge in FSMS, HACCP, QMS and Halal Certification

• Preferably 2 years working experience in QA or related field in F&B industry

What the role involves:

1. Handle ocean import process (communicate with customer, data entry, raise payment voucher, arrange transportation)

Requirements:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle partial of monthly accounts.
• Assist in Quarterly GST reporting and reconciliation
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments for local and overseas.
• Review and verify invoices before payment.
• Ensure accounts payable invoice and expenses claims are accurate, properly taken in, monitor prepayment and charge out according.
