Duties and Responsibilities
To provide admin and operational support in Warehouse- Logistics Department. Opportunity to learn how to manage the administrative work in dealing with customers and telephone calls. This position is ideal for candidates who are positive-minded and love to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem solving for daily customer issues.
· Manage daily administration issues such as customer oriented and consignee related matters..
· Perform additional duties as required by the management.
· Ensure proper documentation
· Ensure SOP and KPI in office are in proper manner
Requirements
· Must possess at least GCE 'O'/Diploma in administration, business management or any related field.
· Conversant in Mandarin and English (is a must to liaise with China customers).
· At least 2-3 years’ experience in similar industry preferred.
· Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
· Positive work attitude, strong sense of urgency and responsibility, strong team work.
