We are looking for a Human Resource Administrator/Executive to join our HR team specializing in Office Administration, the candidate will play a critical role in the daily operations of HR such as handling payrolls and claims.

Job Description

Payroll

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll administration
• Prepare monthly submission to CPF, IRAS and other income tax-related matters
• To submit monthly payroll and costing report to management & finance department
• Attend to enquiries from employees regarding all payroll matters
• Administer staff benefits and welfare such as medical insurance coverage, events, long service award and any related matters
• Prepare and submit NS, maternity & any other grants or claims
• Prepares statistical reports/surveys for government bodies
• Assist HR Manager in performance appraisal, salary/ bonus review exercise

Claims

• Process and manage medical claims in a timely manner
• Ensure all relevant supporting documents are provided by employee and medical centre
• Evaluate and renew insurance with medical centres on a yearly basis

Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR Manager

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management would be advantageous
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment or similar job scope is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

• To manage price quotation, order fulfillment, backorder/backlog management for SEA countries
• Provide quotation to customer according to agreed price model
• Ensure order fulfillment within required timing, invoice issued timely and manage AR aging
• Manage backorders/order backlog closely by working with part supply planners/logistic team
