• Generate Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence
• Liaising with dormitory vendors on booking of units for work permit holders
• Manage the medical claim and work injury records and others that are relevant
• Onboarding and off-boarding process
• Maintain & update the HR system and P- File of employees
• Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, and course registrations
• Company vehicle insurance, road tax renewals and any other documents renewals or applications.
• Other administrative duties as and when required
