Responsibilities:

• Assist in human resource functions and administrative matters of the Company
• Maintain proper documentations of employees' records and update HRIS accurately and promptly
• Payroll administration
• Work pass application/renewal/cancellation for foreign employees
• Involve and support in staff engagement activities
• Prepare HR related reports
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimun Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years experience in HR , preferably in the construction industry
• Payroll experience , Knowledge in using Easypay, ERP systems
• Good knowledge in Employment Act and foreign work pass procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills , positive attitude
• Mature, sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidential matters
• Proficient in MS Office
• Resourceful, well organized, meticulous and proactive
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Committed to complete tasks/ provide update in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on shipment and delivery enquires
• Providing prompt and professional attention to all their requests or problems
• Process all job orders into the system promptly and accurately
• Generate job instructions to relevant operations team accordingly to customer’s request correctly and on timely
• Liaise with different internal department & external contractor when required
• Pre-plan operations such as container trucking for Import and Export shipment depending on the complicatedness of the commodity and arrange special equipment such as cranes
• Timely monitoring and update of vessel details via Port net
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
• Prepare job sheets for account’s department to generate customers’ invoices

Job Requirements

• Have passion in customer service, friendly and possess good attitude with previous service experience in logistics will be an advantage
• Diploma holder or its equivalent with 2 years of work experience
• Good phone etiquette, problem solving, good communication and organization skills
• Able to work independently and resolve issues arising from late deliveries, customer complaints, etc..
• Customer service oriented, team player with initiative and willing to take on responsibilities
• Ability to respond to ad-hoc and urgent demand on timely and professionally

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining of building facilities on timely - servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification etc..
• Undertake minor repair and maintenance work.
• Conduct daily facilities inspection to identify any defect
• Determine and analyze the cause of defects, breakdowns and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences
• Liaise and supervise contractors on facilities repair / renovation works to ensure acceptable standard of work
• Ensure that only authorize users have accessed to locked venue
• Other tasks as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in M&E / Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• 2 years of work experience in Facilities & Building Management
• Can work under minimal supervision and is pro-active
