As a member of the Precinct Planning and Development Department under the Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO), you will be involved in the development of healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.

Job Requirements

Strong sales service mentality, proactive and willing to learn attitude

Experience in sales will be an advantage

Able to start immediately or within a short notice will be an advantage

Minimum 1 year experience on sales

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.

• Performing day to day administrative tasks such as filing system,

paperwork processing, handling incoming calls and

etc.

• Co-ordinate all required application of site passes for visitors & workers

and arrange for workers safety courses.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least a GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the relevant field is required for

this position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.

• Meticulous, good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Working Location: Jurong Island

• 5 days work.
