3. Key Responsibilities & Job Content

Sales:

• Develop and execute strategies for product penetration (Grodan - stone wool agriculture substrate) in the market to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Identify and prioritize potential clients, including commercial growers, agricultural companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Drive leads and customer engagement effectively through CRM system
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to acquire new accounts.
• Create awareness about the products (Grodan) and their benefits within the target market through various channels such as industry events, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and online content to effectively communicate product features and advantages.
• Coordinate with Headquarter marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives tailored to the agriculture sector.
• Utilize digital marketing platforms including social media, email marketing, and online advertising to reach potential customers and generate leads.
• Work closely with internal teams including technical team, operation team, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.
• Monitor and provide market movement and intelligence

Marketing:

• Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns for the ROCKWOOL insulation business unit
• Collaborate with external agency and regional marketing team to create compelling content, advertisements, and promotional materials for traditional and digital channels.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance matrix for campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support marketing activities, reporting and product launch campaigns
• Drive digital marketing activities such social media and e-commence
• Support product pricing

Professional Skills

• At least Diploma in Marketing/ Business/ Agriculture or related field
• Preferably 1 -2 years’ working experience in similar field.
• Proficient in English language both in written and spoken
• Understanding of agricultural practices, especially in hydroponics and substrate cultivation.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms such as CRM, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.

Personal Competencies

• Excellent communications skill and easily able to interact to people at all levels
• Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages such as Mandarin or Malay is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitating seamless operations of Academy courses through logistical and administrative support.
• Leading and managing a team of course support staff and student assistants.
• Managing both face-to-face and online courses, ensuring their effective administration.

• Degree or Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Service-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive interest in optimizing processes for increased efficiency.
• Preferred experience in training, administration, or course coordination.
• Required to work occassionally on weekday evenings or weekends; compensated with flexible time-off or off-days.
