Job Title: Accounts Executive – Immediate Position

We are looking for highly independent and hands-on individual to join our team as ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting entries, weekly payment processing and monthly staff claims.
• Manage A/P and A/R functions.
• Handle communications with Principals and customers via e-mail and phone.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and GST quarterly submission.
• Maintain fixed assets schedules (additions, disposals, and depreciation)
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing Journals and Audit Schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies or inquiries.
• Perform admin and HR related duties e.g., maintain Staff Leave record.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job skills and requirements:

• LCCI/Diploma in accounting or other equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity or position
• Previous experience in the Aviation and Aerospace Industry is a preference.
• Proficiency in Office applications – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and ERP systems. Experience with Globe3 system will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong attention to details and accuracy in financial records keeping.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of the team.
• Available within short notice
• Salary : $3,500 to $4,000 per month (salary shall commensurate with experience.

· Drive business and achieve sales target.

· Establish new business account.

· Prepare proposals for projects and tenders.

· Generate sales forecast and reports

· Identify, develop and follow-up on new sales leads and prospect.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with min 2 years of sales experience in Fire Industry preferred.
• Results orientated and self-motived with sales oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Troubleshoot and monitor system operation
• Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Maintain and support IT assets such as desktops, servers, storage, network and applications platform.
• Provide support for system and applications

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma holder or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant working experience in system/application support and administration
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Knowledge in Windows/Linux environment an advantage
• Comfortable working in Data Center
• Experienced in IT monitoring, Log review, Software Troubleshoot, Hardware Troubleshoot and MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Well-versed in Construction Method Statements
• Manage Piling, Excavation, ERSS, RC, and Architecture work
• Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals before construction work starts
• Developing the program of work and strategy for making the project happen
• Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials
• Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety, and the environment are adhered to
• Ensure progress of work is within budget & timelines as well as quality & safety objectives
• Control and monitor work progress and resources
• Lead a team of technical staff in daily operations

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min 10 years of civil engineering experience of which includes 5 years in managing a construction team for LTA MRT projects
• Well-versed in construction sequence, principles and LTA regulatory requirements
• Good leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Great team player
