Your Role

We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to perform data entry and handle import and export shipments.

What Will You Do

• To perform data entry.
• To coordinate with customers.
• To prepare shipping documents.
• To handle import and export shipments.
• To handle shipment clearance, billing, and permit declaration.
• To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What Do We Want

• Must have at least an "O" Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Have good knowledge in Microsoft Words and Excel.
• Have experience in Permit Declaration will be an added advantage.
• Company transport is provided.

We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Secretary / Executive Assistant to support the management team through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Duties:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
• Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
• Assist in HR related matters
• In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
• Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
• Manage virtual platforms and social media account
• Attend to personal matters for Director and family
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• No experience Needed (Training Provded)
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with multi-tasking
• Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and responsible

• Assist in formulating and implementing internal control procedure.
• Assist in the review and recommend new or improvements to finance work processes.
• Daily monitoring of inward transactions.
• Work closely with external counterparts for completion of monthly closing. • Ensure accurate & timely submission of claims and prompt disbursements.
• Responsible for the processing of GIRO Application Forms and liaison with respective banks for approval.

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting
