Havas Singapore is looking for a Freelance Finance Executive to support the day-to-day management of Finance operations across business units. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions.
• Ensure vendor invoices, staff claims, and intercompany invoices are validated, and recorded timely, and accurately in the system.
• Processing staff expense reimbursements and payments on time.
• Ensure that payments are recorded timely and accurate.
• Update of daily cash book and cash tracker.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Registers.

• Provide support in the annual audit process.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the service/ professional industry.

The IT ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Business Analyst plays a crucial role in the successful implementation and ongoing support of ERP systems within an organization.
