Key Responsibilities

* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on various investment products and market trends.

* Prepare and analyze portfolio performance reports and summaries

* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for investment products.

* Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding Fund performance

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1-3 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies

* Strong understanding of investment products, and portfolio management principles.

* Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Scope

• Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation.
• Worked on OSX platform from WKFS.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting on ⁠loan and credit card
• Strong experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Good functional knowledge of global markets or loan etc.
• Provide regular updates and insights to business and technical teams.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams

Job Description

• Monitor trading activities on daily basis to ensure compliance with Risk Management policies and procedures
• Execute mark-to-market valuation, monitor hedge positions, reconcile and report p/l positions and calculate value-at-risk
• Identify and report non-compliance events and put in place measures to prevent reoccurrence
• Develop and maintain forward pricing, basis and volatility curves, market reference prices, market clearing mechanism and plant-to-plant pricing exceptions
• Provide general systems and process support to the Risk Control Operations team
• Interfacing with financial brokers / exchanges to ensure appropriate controls are in place, as well as acting as a contact for ad-hoc initiatives / projects
• Work closely with the Valuation team, Controller’s, and other Risk Control teams to support the daily position valuation and monthly mark-to-market accounting processes
• Evaluate financial impact and risk exposure of new commercial business scenarios
• Ensure data management and data integrity for all risk related systems

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of Commodity Trading and Trading System
• Understand integrated petrochemical company integrated value chain process flow
• Knowledge of Commodity Trading Exchange rules and regulations

Job Scope:

• Analyze and optimize HR data to improve data quality
• Develop and implement data standards and guidelines across all HR data
• Address data related challenges and support HR processes
• Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of HR platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve data related processes and workflows, ensuring that data management practices evolve with business needs

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Analytics or HR data governance and documentation management
• Strong understanding in HR data structures, processes and compliance requirements
• Experience in data optimization and roll out projects is a plus
• Experience in Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP is a plus
• Proficient with MS Excel, data manipulation and validation techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
