Record Keeping and Reconciliation

• Prepare documentation required to deposit cash and cheques ensuring that monies are allocated to the correct bank accounts.

• Ensure accurate tracking of all cashier transactions ensuring no unauthorized access.

Petty Cash

Other duties

As part of this programme, the Climate Finance Cluster will assess the multifaceted business risks posed by the physical impacts of climate change, narrow the protection gap, and facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy.

The Senior Research Fellow will be responsible for developing procedures to measure and price risks arising from climate change suitable for each company so that climate risk can be managed by companies and hedged by investors, and seeing this work through to publication in major research journals.

• As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in the software development life cycle and agile methodology from project initiation, requirements, application development, implementation, maintenance and post-implementation review phases.
• Mandatory - SQL skillset, experiences in Banking industry and ability to perform detailed data and business analysis and testing.

• Perform functional and backend testing, review results and logs, resolve test issues and ensure application quality;
• Perform test briefing to the stakeholders and support UAT.
• Trouble-shoot system problems faced by the project team, customers and follow up till resolution;
• Conduct change impact analysis on customers’ requests in a change management lifecycle;
• Work with local and off-shore teams to deliver projects on the technical aspects;
• Prepare solutions and proposal for pre-sales activities;

Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science and Engineering;
• Must have experience working in banking domain.
• Minimum 2 years onwards of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and tester in Java environment.
• Strong analytical skills and possess stamina in following up on issues reported till its resolution;
• Experience in issues/problems and change management processes;
• Ability in analysing system backend logs and performing data mapping and categorisation;
• Able to perform functional and backend testing activities and ensure traceability to requirements;

Key Responsibilities:

· Support CF and FF Finance Heads to execute P&B strategy for SEA, Japan and Korea Regions. Implementing Global Planning and Analysis process and tools in the Region in line with company guidelines.

· Ensure strategic partnership with the Head of Perfumery for SEA, Japan and Korea Regions and his/her Leadership Team. Provide accurate, relevant, timely financial & non-financial analyses to the Business Unit: figures validated by controlling for monthly activities, latest estimates, budget or business cases for investments, business developments or strategic scenarios.

· Ensure the decision-making process is sustained by figures validated by Finance, be it for monthly activities, latest estimates, budget or business cases for investments or strategic scenarios.

· Be the ambassador of financial and controlling culture promoting internal tools, full P&L performance analysis, Working Capital and Business Cases tracking during monthly management reviews and management meetings.

· Support the implementation of a strong local S&OP process & Inventory loss review process with actively participation.

· Be active contributor in the DSM-Firmenich transformation journey including Digital/ERP transformation, enhancing process based on company standards.

· Actively support local finance team in ongoing internal / external audits for all areas related to business.

· Participate in Business projects- e.g. Customer negotiations, Variable pay targets, etc.
