Responsibilities:

• Manage the successful delivery of digital capabilities and solutions by providing strong leadership and guidance to the vendor development team, to ensure design thinking for the future roadmap

Qualifications/requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Information Technology, Info Systems or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of full-stack Java application development experience
• Experience in using modern web & mobile technologies, languages, open-source, frameworks e.g. front-end coding skills, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap & AngularJS
• Proficient in handling complex technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques
• Able to conceptualize and understand product development to meet business needs
• Experience in non-functional areas like performance, scalability, human interaction & software ergonomics
• Excellent in working effectively in a multi-tasking environment, ability to prioritize competing tasks
• Successful track records of leading technical projects
• Clear communicator with excellent oral and written skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level

The chosen candidate will be a Business Analyst Handling Finance & business projects/BAU enhancements/queries on Building & usage of the applications/ensure that the business design of the application conforms to the overall strategy of the organization – i.e. end to end automation / standardization etc.

Key Accountabilities

1. Key focal point for all functional activities related to building of new Finance module as part of the multi-year Finance architecture program.

2. Document requirements using Agile User Story formats and work with technology team to groom the user requirements

3. Work with technology / end users to come up with a well thought through solution.

4. On completion of the build, test the solution and release it for user testing and signoff. Upon Singoff plan for production migration.

5. Document functionality and work through processes for sustainably managing the platform in BAU.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be key focal point to front all User+Technology related queries in building the new module build.

2. Track all new change requests that are assigned to new module’s Backlog and bring it to prioritization forum.

3. Manage book of work with the Middle Office Technology teams – both in terms of bringing items for discussion during bi-monthly prioritization forum and tracking it for delivery and closure.

4. Participate in Build and test phase for the new module + handle regressing testing in BAU, representing Group Finance Platform.

5. Act as an interface between Technology and Business teams in terms of delivery timelines, development statuses, user clarifications, clear bottlenecks, obtain user signoffs.

6. Keep a close tab of all enhancements/minor projects that are concurrently running in terms of timelines and statues.

7. Timely escalation of any potential bottleneck / delay to Reference Data SME / Hub Lead.

Experience:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in Finance projects performing analysis/testing/implementation.

2. Prior experience in working in banks or financial institution of similar nature will be an added advantage.

• Report to the CEO as part of the Broking Team and provide insurance broking advice and placement for clients
• Liaise with clients to understand insurance needs and advise them accordingly
• Obtain relevant underwriting information from client for submission to underwriters
• Review rates, terms and conditions of quoted insurances and advise clients accordingly
• Monitor client accounts and ensure outstanding payments are collected
• Renew clients' expiring policies when applicable
• Undertake relevant training and examinations as necessary to carry out job duties

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and possess PGI, BCP, ComGI certificates and/or other related insurance ceritficates

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for all receipts of funds from various sources and handle accounts payable function for Acclaim Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd and Accent Insurance Agencies Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities

Key Duties include:

• Keep track and posting of incoming receipts from all accounts and sources daily.
• Liaise and follow up with operation team to resolve on unreconciled receipt matters.
• Pass journals on contra entries, direct payments to insurers and any rounding differences weekly.
• Issue statement of accounts for clients who have exceeded the payment timeline.
• Perform banking duties, distribution of letters/fax documents within the finance department.
• Prepare payment for suppliers
• Perform reconciliation to supplier’s Statement of Account
• Update payment vouchers in finance system and document management system
• Any other duties prescribed by supervisor
