Transfer Pricing is a mature and established function within the Tax team of Nomura’s Finance division. The Transfer Pricing team is global in nature, with team members in all regions across London, New York, Tokyo, Singapore and Mumbai. The Transfer pricing team for each region rolls up into the regional tax team of Asia ex Japan (‘AeJ’), which thereafter rolls into Global Tax function.

Role description:

Reporting to the Regional Head of Tax in AeJ, you will be supporting the Group manage its Wholesale Business Transfer Pricing (TP) policies, provide support to business and corporate stakeholder and manage TP risk for AeJ. You will be responsible for all accounting and tax functions relating to the Fund Management entities, both Singapore and overseas.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintain oversight over the day-to-day accounting, periodic financial close processes and consolidation.

Experience and Qualifications:
