Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send invoices to customers
• Follow up with customers for payment of outstanding invoices
• Record and apply customer payments
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Resolve customer billing issues and disputes

Role Description

As a Finance Manager, you are responsible for timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing and working with third party service provider. You will be working closely with the Finance Manager in driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls. You will also need to support in budgeting/forecasting and liaise with external auditor and tax agent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, ideally with exposure in VC/PE industry

The Finance Executive is responsible for performing non-trade AP function, partial GL and Treasury function. This role also works closely with Accountant to support month-end/year-end closing accounting duties.

Job Scope

Full job description

• Support overall accounting functions which include preparation of finance and management reports, and costing.
• Reports, fixed assets register, bank/account payable/ accounts receivable/inventory reconciliations, stock and inventory recording and taxation matters.
• Manage all local regulatory and taxation compliance matters including tax computations, tax return submission, and tax payments/refunds, including GST and other tax matters.
• Responsible for payroll processing including liaising with payroll providers, preparing payroll, provision preparation for salary and benefit incentives, employee tax returns and HR filing systems.
