Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packs, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
• Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing variance analysis reports.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance financial processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles, with audit experience as an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in a team lead role, with a focus on guiding and supporting team performance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (NAV system).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
