Responsibilities:

• Management reporting activities including review monthly, quarterly management account, variance analysis, accounts consolidation, audit schedules and ensure reports are submitted on time
• Analyse of hotel performance against budget/forecast and key performance indicators
• Attend hotel monthly meetings and calls as and when required
• Conduct balance sheet review and monitor cash flows/balances
• Prepare and review forecast and annual budget including preparation of presentation slides etc
• Review statutory annual accounts and disclosures to ensure compliance with local regulations (Singapore FRS, Tax etc)
• Review tax returns and assist tax agents to finalize tax for submission to IRAS
• Improve on internal control process and follow up with all internal audit and external audit findings
• Review of loan documentation and facilitate the completion of condition precedents documentation for loan drawdown
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, company secretary, and senior management
• Any ad-hoc matters as assigned such as new acquisition analysis involving valuations etc.

Requirements:

You possess a Finance Degree or relevant professional qualification with at least 5 years of experience preferably in the real estate/hospitality sector. You are meticulous, able to multi-task and possesses good analytical and communication skills.
