As the Finance and Admin Executive at New Hope Community Services, you will play a vital role in driving our mission to bring change into the lives of the displaced and disadvantaged in our community. 2. Key Responsibilities

Finance and Administrative

• Ensure collection of programme / shelter fees by the first week of the month.
• Support the collection of statistics for monitoring and evaluation of activities and programmes of the programme.
• Support the implementation of information / data management system for effective collection and maintenance of client and operational data.
• Verify statistical collation and review information management system.
• Process payment to Housing and Development Board (HDB) and vendors.
• Preparation of monthly financial report to Management and HDB in an accurate manner.
• Banking and petty cash float duties.
• Perform reconciliation of receipts and payments relating to the programme.
• Provide administrative and operational support in overall programme operations. Ensure smooth running of operations and oversee daily operational issues and statistical collection.
