Reporting to the Property Manager:

• Collaborate with a team to carry out daily estate and horticultural tasks, liaise with and supervise contractors, identify defects, and implement improvement works.
• Respond to feedback and service requests from tennats, manage arrears cases.
• Handle administrative duties such as soliciting quotations, issuing work orders, applying for funding, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. ITE / Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

· Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking
