Business Development
Ā· Prepare Standard Quotation Forms for Cost Estimation in line with tender scope/summary
Ā· Assist BD in preparation and submission of tender documents (e.g. Fill-in Tender Forms, Contractors particulars & Technical Data (Upon receipt from PICs) as per Tender Format
Ā· Prepare Hard Copy/Soft Copy of Bid with necessary supporting documents as per submission requirement as instructed by BD
Ā· Quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring, and estimating materials and labor costs used in the tendering process.
Ā· To request for quotation and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for various trades.
Ā· Oversee of review contracts, identify irregularities in order to ensure compliance of contracts and the drawings.
Ā· Prepare and analyze costings for tenders
Ā· Assist to prepare tender and contract documents including bill of quantities
Ā· Perform quantity take off for tender
Ā· Prepare costing and budget, pre and post-tender estimate
Ā· Prepare and compile tender documents
Ā· Attend site show round/ tender briefing
Ā· Manage the financial & contractual of all projects from pre-tender stage including quantities, variations, cost estimates, to tender submission;
Ā· Monitoring and keeping track on Contract Insurances details (e.g., expiry date vs project actual completion dates/ indemnity liabilities of stakeholders, etc.)
Administrative
Ā· To provide support to Business Development (BD) team by carrying out general administrative duties.
Ā· To assist and maintain proper and systematic documentation e-filing system for outgoing and incoming data.
Ā· To support and use of company internal ERP system to execute daily tasks.
Ā· To manage and track status of Project Quotation and Project Registration on companyās ERP system to ensure data are up-to-date and properly captured in the system.
Ā· To provide additional administrative support for team members as needed.
Ā· To follow and ensure compliance to company BD&P policies and procedures.
Requirements
Ā· Diploma / Degree in any discipline, preferably in Construction/ Contract Management of Quantity Surveying, Engineering, etc
Ā· At least 3 years of relevant experience in M&E contract administration
Ā· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Ā· Meticulous, proactive and good time management
Ā· Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ā· Good team player with ability to work independently
