Duties of Project Sales Executive:

• Upselling company's product range
• Expanding our customer base and acquiring new accounts.
• Conducting technical sales presentations to clients.
• Nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collecting valuable marketing insights.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in B2B sales
• Experience in relevant industry, connections and a robust network within the construction / building sector is an added advantage

Roles and responsibilities

a. Read and reply to all emails promptly

b. Assist group companies to navigate, and resolve complex legal issues.

c. Research and resolve legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws,

argument development, evidence collection, and legal representation.

d. Propose resolution and draft settlements terms in Company's best interest.

e. Draft, review, complete, and file legal paperwork related to litigation

f. Draft, review, complete all Terms and Conditions in all types of Contracts and

Agreements ranging from Sales, Employment, Business Agreements, Franchise

Agreements, Distributorships Agreements, Letters of Credit, etc.

g. Examine, review and report any potential legal issues on the existing Contracts,

Agreements to the Company’s Director.

h. Manage multiple cases, and legal activities that carry varying deadlines.

i. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in law, successful passing of the bar exam, and a valid state license.

2. Excellent critical thinking, analytical, reasoning, and negotiation skills.

3. Strong research and verbal and written communication skills.

4. Good leadership, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

5. The ability to work under pressure and time constraints to meet deadlines.

Marketing Executive

Location: Woodland
Salary : $3,500 - $4,000
Working days: Monday - Friday (7.30am -5pm / 8am-5.30pm / 8.30am-6pm)

Job Responsibilities

• To perform the duties set and strive to manage assigned brands management independently
• In-charge of all product issues (customers and consumers queries) for assigned brands (Diapers, Feminine care and Adult care)
• Working closely with assigned brand owners to achieve set sales targets and marketing objectives
• Working closely with sales team to achieve sales targets, execution of trade activities and budget allocation
• Preparation of competitors’ reviews through regular market checks

Assist the business manager in :

• Business Plans
• Pricing Strategy
• Planning and Execution of promotion activities

Support the business manager in :

• Inventory management for new products of assigned brands
• Preparation and analysis of monthly brand reports
• Analysis of monthly brand promotion activities
• Management of brands promotion funds
• Conduct presentation of new product launch to sales team
• Liaise with media on ATL

Support in Purchasing in :

• In-charge of inventory management
• Manage inventory requirements & timely delivery of goods
• Support inventory level with proper inventory control
