- Identify potential partners that align with the company's goals and values.
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
2. Negotiation and Agreement:
- Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Draft and finalize partnership agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
3. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners to foster trust and open communication.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns.
4. Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans for partnership initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership projects effectively.
5.Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives.
- Regularly monitor and analyze partnership performance against KPIs.
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.

- Contribute to the development of the company's partnerships strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
