Job responsibilities;

• Manage and motivate the outlet team, planning of team duties and schedule, ensuring smooth operation.
• Ensure all beauty treatments provided by the team are in accordance with the Company’s policies and guidelines.
• Oversee daily sales operation, a compilation of monthly sales records for Head Office.
• Handle customers’ queries.
• Handle customers’ appointments and cashiering duties.
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide ideas and suggestions.

Requirement;

• CIBTAC / CIDESCO / ITEC / WDA beauty certification.
• At least three (03) years of relevant working experience.
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels in a professional and responsive manner.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Enthusiastic team player.
