General Overview

• Prepare equipment and process systems; i.e. clearing process and purging, de-energizing, lock out and tag out, for safe handover for maintenance work according to safe work procedure requirements
• Perform troubleshooting and taking the lead to respond to abnormal operating scenarios, incidents or emergencies effectively according to response plans and industry protocols.
• Perform basic maintenance i.e., strainer cleaning, flange make up, gas cylinder replacement
• Compile, review and submit logs, Shift Report, Operations Abnormality Report, Incident Report, Control of Safety Device Bypass

Shanghai J TCM Wellness is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market.

Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- 6 days work week

Overview:

To execute work as per approved procedures and specification and to supervise quality output & schedule with compliance to safety rules and regulations.

Responsiblities:

• To attend / conduct daily toole box briefing, weekly briefing & to participate PSCC meeting.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with Class/Client regulations.
• To ensure sub-contractors carry out the work as planned. Evaluate project to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensure good coordination and communication between team members, SRM, Engineers and clients.
• Production planning and control of day to day activities, coordinating with the subcontractor and discuss on the outstanding activities during the weekly progress meetings and arranging materials for the subcontrator to move with the job.
• To follow up / monitor on Architectural work progress activities.
• Follow up and reporting on the Architectural progress.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team to complet the inspection on time.
• Knowledge of Insualtion and Wall and Ceiling panel, furniture, doors and windows, Floor finishes installation as for project requirement.
• Identify and resolve architectural interference and propose modification routing onsite if necessary.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction of offshore platform industry
• Have knowledge in good architectural practices
• A pass in shipyard supervisor safety course and risk management course
• Able to work in both office and site environment
• Willing to work day sift or night shift
• Willing to work late hours
• Must be a team player and be able to work closely with other discipline supervisors

POSITION SUMMARY

The Process Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and monitoring daily plant operations, ensuring that processes are followed according to established procedures. This includes accurately and thoroughly completing batch documentation. The supervisor must adhere to production schedules, safety protocols, and work instructions to ensure smooth and safe production.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure production records and related documents are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Oversee the proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials, products, and chemical waste in line with company procedures.
• Monitor and maintain sufficient stock levels of consumables and packaging materials to support ongoing production activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, health and safety, and quality standards within the workplace.
• Ensure that all plant maintenance and calibration activities are completed promptly and correctly.
• Assign tasks to team members based on production requirements and schedules, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min NITEC in Chemical or Chemical engineering or any related studies.
• Prior working experience in Chemical related industries will be advantageous.
• Responsible and possesses good attitude.
• Literacy in English and able to read formulas and procedures on safety manual.
• Able to work as a team player and committed.
