Reporting to the CEO/ED, you will be responsible in handling the retail fund manager accounting operations, including MAS quarterly/annual statutory reporting, budgeting, cash management, internal and tax audit and etc. You will also ensure compliance to statutory and company policies. Besides being the secretary of the audit committee as well as member of the Management Committee, you will be managing corporate secretariat functions, preparing board resolutions. You will also attend board meeting sometimes and handle AGM and ACRA reporting. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production line, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production workers. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of bakery operations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Job Description:
* Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bakery production line, including mixing, baking, and packaging of bread, cakes, and confectionery items.
* Monitor product quality at every stage of the production process, ensuring that all products meet established standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
* Lead and motivate production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
* Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency. Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and distribution, to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, conducting regular stock checks and ordering supplies as needed to minimize downtime.
* Oversee the maintenance and repair of bakery equipment, ensuring that machinery is kept in good working condition to minimize disruptions to production.
* Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the health and well-being of all employees. Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory records, and quality control documentation.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to fulfill customer orders and address any product inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
*Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
*Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
*Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
