Summary:

In the role of Financial System Analyst, you will be part of the Corporate Finance team, reporting to the Senior Manager Financial Application in USA. The Financial System Analyst will assist the Senior Manager of Financial Applications with duties relating to key Finance Systems, to better support the Finance user group, and to support the implementation of new Finance Applications.

Role Responsibilities:

Financial Systems:

• Perform administrative work in HFM, and Lease Query

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, with a degree in accounting/finance
• Three to Five-plus years of experience with HFM/Oracle consolidation software, consolidations, and related compliance tasks

Job Scope

• Manage the Group’s Cashflow which includes but not limited to cashflow optimization, cashflow forecast, management of expenses and expenditures, budgeting, consolidation and P&L forecast, debt management and collection.
• Monitor the Group’s optimal level of funds with effective oversight of monies in the banks for its procurement activities, day-to-day operations and unexpected expenses at all times.
• Perform monthly group consolidation and results analysis.
• Develop risk management/control strategy by taking into consideration all aspects of the Group’s business.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, including risk minimization plans, opportunity forecasting and cost enhancement measures.

Requirements:

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA qualification is strongly preferred.

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Financial Controller in manufacturing industry (experience within precious metals / commodity trading is a plus).
• Strong understanding of the dynamics and challenges inherent in the precious metals market, including price fluctuations, supply chain complexity, and regulatory environments is an advantage.
• Proficient in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Possess global knowledge and experience working in China preferred.
• Solid knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Review all sale orders to work orders on a daily basis
• Ensure that customer order deliveries are on time and in full
• Review overall production processes
• Liaise with Customer Service Personnel on the Export orders on delivery shipment
• Generate the work orders and production schedule to meet the requirement dates with full required quantity
• Analyze and work out the lead times required for each process
• Include these lead times in the planning stage for work orders issuance and to liaise with respective personnel on these lead times

As a Service Planner, you will handle all aspects of planned service activities and generating service requests, reviewing job costs and managing field hours and reviewing the service jobs before sending them to invoice.
