The Senior Field Service Engineer is responsible for product service and support at customer locations for Gas Purification Systems. Work performed includes product start-up and commissioning, customer training, technical support, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. They are expected to work independently with minimal input from management. This is a new role within our Operations Team where you will be responsible for autonomous vehicle operations in our customer sites where you will be responsible for Remote Vehicle Operations, Maintenance and Systems testing. where you will be cross-deployed to both the testing and operations team. This role will operate on a shift-based schedule. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of autonomous vehicles, monitoring and controlling real-time vehicle operations, conducting general maintenance and executing testing procedures.

On a day to day, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams while integrating new technologies, troubleshooting technical issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be vital in the success of maintaining compliance with safety regulations, optimizing vehicle performance, and fostering innovation in autonomous vehicle operations.

Role responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance and Testing.

• Conduct diagnostics and maintenance on autonomous vehicles.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies and features into autonomous vehicle systems.
• Execute testing procedures for autonomous vehicle systems in an operational environment.
• Provide technical support to on-site and remote teams during autonomous vehicle operations.
