THE ROLE

The Technical Service Manager (TSM) plays a critical role within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services - APJ & GCR organization as a trusted advisor, responsible for safeguarding and optimizing customers' investments in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. Patient Service Associates (PSA) provide frontline counter services to patients. This is a new role within our Operations Team where you will be responsible for autonomous vehicle operations in our customer sites where you will be responsible for Remote Vehicle Operations, Maintenance and Systems testing. where you will be cross-deployed to both the testing and operations team. This role will operate on a shift-based schedule. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of autonomous vehicles, monitoring and controlling real-time vehicle operations, conducting general maintenance and executing testing procedures.

On a day to day, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams while integrating new technologies, troubleshooting technical issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll have

• Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in customer service, and logistics management roles, preferably in in FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in leading successful logistics operations, including warehouse management, inventory control and transportation.
• Previous working experience in 3PL is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and the ability to plan and organize strategic initiatives related to customer service.
