• Maintain patient data up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit
• Identify patient’s insurance coverage and collect co-payments
• Process credit card payments and balance daily cash deposits
• Perform timely billing in Clinic Management System and in insurance portals

*General Description*

• Provide first level technical support to end-users for desktop and laptop hardware, software basic infrastructure, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, basic infrastructure, and network connectivity issues.

Perform verification, calibration and preventive maintenance (PMs) with in-house Metrology SOPs

• Maintain in-house calibration and qualification tools to ensure that they are timely calibrated and maintained

• Handle and Coordinate with External Third-Party (3P) vendors to support various services (calibration, PM, Qualification, repairs)

• Ensure that the External 3P vendors are qualified under Customer off-site and on-site requirements prior their service job execution

• Respond as per on-site service request guidelines to ad-hoc Service requests triggered by Laboratory End Users within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Identify and recommend customers appropriate inventory type and quantity of inventory supply of critical equipment service parts, verification/calibration/PM kits and service tools replacement to minimize instrument downtime and budget planning.

• Ensure accurate documentation creation, management, updates and tracking of services rendered in this program, using in-house Asst Management system in the following areas:

Chinese chefs are responsible for overseeing the production of Chinese cuisine for restaurants and banquets. Chinese chefs may prepare a wide variety of Chinese menu items, including rice, noodle, soup, vegetable, and meat dishes. The Chinese chef may also have to make necessary food purchases. Thus, he or she should be good at evaluating the quality of food products to ensure that he or she maintains consistent quality standards.
