Job Description

• Deliver genuine service from the heart
• Set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue
• Attend to guests and deliver all Front of House duties, such as orders taking and table service, according to SOP
• Explain food & drinks items to guests and make recommendations
• Serve food & drinks efficently
• Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of experienc in F&B environment
• Passion for hospitality and high standard of service
• Positive and out-going
• Enjoy fast pace and vibrant environment
• Passionate about cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• High willingness to learn as training will be provided
• Speaks good English
• Able to commit to at least 3 days per week, including weekends and public holiday
• $12-15 per hour

Responsibilities:
Service Engineer Responsibilities (First 3-5 Years):

• Offer technical expertise to the sales team on marine/land machinery and generators, covering aspects such as installation, commissioning, applications, and maintenance.
• Conduct inspections, servicing, repair, and overhauling of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct on-site visits to customer vessels for commissioning and maintenance, fostering strong relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties.

Office-Based Sales Responsibilities (Thereafter):

• Promote sales of marine engine equipment and parts.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
• Liaise with the Singapore (HQ) team to manage customer correspondence on sales and technical matters.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding offers and product details.
• Collaborate closely with the Logistics teams and Supply Chain to facilitate timely order shipments.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Manager and undertake other assigned tasks.

Requirements:
*Motivated individuals without prior experience are welcome.

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese Headquarter

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
