Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science / Engineering / Operation Management
• Minimum 3+ years of previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally, within a food production environment
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, relevant regulations, health and safety requirements, auditing requirements and relevant legislation
• Experience in LEAN manufacturing and delivering change, as well as implementing continuous improvement
• Strong team leader with a drive to deliver quality outcomes with efficiency and with a passion for continuous process improvement
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate ability to lead, train, and develop diverse team

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment

• Prepare and process customers’ purchase orders for finished goods and POSM in line, with the respective markets’ forecasts and adherence to inventory guidelines.

• Liaise with various internal stakeholders for supply and pricing issues, validate sales prices accuracy and to order processing guidelines are respected and adhered, processing in SAP in a timely manner.

• Follow up with 3rd party logistics service providers for issues related to logistics operations / delivery planning and ensure the Post Goods Issues (PGI) and invoices are created in accordance with order fulfillment SOP

• Follow up with 3rd party logistics player on the deliver process, update the customers on expected arrival dates.

• Ensure all orders are delivered and clean Proofs of Deliveries – PODs are received and well archieved.

Customer Services and Logistics Operations

• Plan delivery of all orders as needed, to achieve transport / freight optimization and delivery timelines

• Maintain high level of customer service including advance advice of shipping information, completeness of shipping documentation, prompt response to customer requests and monitoring of the progress of meeting markets’ demands.

• Coordination with the various local parties to meet the relevant requirements for smooth and prompt documentation and operations.

• Monitor the progress and ensure continuity of workflows/processes and co-ordinate with Accounts and other internal departments in line with current procedures.

Continuous Improvement

• Ensure that good internal controls and Supply Chain practices are met in accordance with group policies.

• Continuously analyze the current work processes and documentation and propose improvements.

Requirements:

Candidate will need to correspond with Korea counterparts and customers. Proficiency in Korean is essential.

• Relevant Supply Chain, Customer Service experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment will be preferred.

• Candidates with Customer Service experience in a Shared Service Centre environment will be preferred.

• Experience with inventory software, MS Office. ERP Software (SD/MM/SAP) will be desirable. • Familiar with the local laws and regulations regarding transportation and foreign trade compliance. .

• Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be at an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Technical post-purchasse assistance for both internal and external clients mandated by the business.
• Complete on-site tasks as directed, including:

- Overseeing the commissioning and installation of machinery, carry out instruction for customers.

- Post-purchase servicing duties such as upkeeep, troubleshooting, client education, projects to upgrade current production lines.

• Handle emergency assistance cases and on-call duties from a distance or in person client websites.

• At least three (3) years of expertise with engineering duties, PLC, and HMI programming in the plywood or the wood processing business.
• Practical installation and troubleshooting experience with adjustable-speed drives and PLC/PC controls in industrial machines.
• Skilled in PC-based control systems, such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckoff, Omron, etc., and PLC Programming.
• Can recognize how electromechanical system works.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage a small team to ensure smooth month end close with timely and accurate submission including areas covering General accounting, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury while partnering with various stakeholders to achieve goals. Job Requirements
