Summary

The Customer Services Officer is responsible for the management of customer requests and for providing assistance to customers at check-in counters. He/she manages flight requests, verifies travel documents and works with other departments to resolve customer issues. To maintain a safe working environment, he/she ensures his/her team adheres to all safety and/or security standards and escalates safety breaches to supervisors and authorities.

The Customer Services Officer demonstrates professional behaviour when responding to passenger complaints and acts as a service ambassador for the organisation. • Thorough review of submissions and analysis, accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll of more than one thousand employees in accordance with company policies and local regulatory standards
• Accurate and timely filing and payment of statutory CPF to CPFB
• Submission of employees' IR21 & NS Claims in a timely manner
• Payroll/tax/government grant related journal entries and accruals
• Annual employee stock / income tax filings
• Internal and external audits for payroll related accounts
• Manage government grants
• Assist in implementation of improvements/enhancements, including working independently with all stakeholders, and achieve high levels of efficiency, accuracy and compliance
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality and sensitivity of all employee related information
• Ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Assist with adjustments in Timesoft

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma/Degree qualification
• At least 3 years of proven payroll experience in a large organisation
• Experience in Timesoft Payroll Module is a plus
• Excellent in Excel
• A strong team player, meticulous, detail-oriented and organized
• A multi-tasker with self-motivation and integrity

• Attend to enquires, complaints and request from Customers/overseas agents.
• Co-ordinate with the customer and various sections concerned on surveys/ clearance/ delivery and re-exportation shipments.
• Generate delivery order and ensure correct and proper import documentation prior delivery.
• To make sure the delivery is done to the correct receiver and Proof of delivery (POD)
• To inform Import Billing Team of any special rates, requirements that may affect the final billing to customers.
• To ensure that the documents are correct and in order before requesting for permit declaration.
• To multi task while coordinating shipments.
