The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:

• To ensure compliance of Hotel Security Policies and Procedures
• To assume responsibilities during shifts.
• To keep abreast of developments within the hotel and community as they relate to security.
• To have a clear understanding of current and amended laws, employee’s handbook and all new policies and procedures which may be issued from time to time by the management.
• To take an active role in the implementation of the hotel’s fire plan including use of fire extinguishers and firefighting peripherals, rendering first aid and duties as member of CERT
• To conduct briefings for each shift, covering security information, important events or any other matter arising.
• To document all incidents occurring in the hotel in connection with crime, subversions, potential liabilities, and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting/reviewing and analysing documents/information procured, and ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC) for new account opening and maintenance of existing accounts
• Conducting due diligent checks on client
• Comply with local regulations and Bank's policies and are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensures the proper procurement, maintenance and updates of KYC documentation and information in the Bank's system.
• Subject matter expertise in the KYC and able to support Front Office by providing guidance on KYC compliance requirements.
• Able to escalate highly sensitive issues to relevant parties

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Banking, Finance or related disciplines
• Experienced at performing KYC on Non-Individuals as Maker & Checker
• Familiarity with use of databases and tools such as World Check, Bankers Almanac & KYC Registry is preferred

Reporting to the Operations Manager on administration matters, this is a dedicated internal and external client service role.

This job involves paperwork documentation and filing, engagement with parents, interactions with the children and working co-operatively with all team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily engagement with Parents and Students
• Daily connection with Parents during Student drop off and pick up
• Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report, etc)
• Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and students’ attendance form, sign in/out forms, school bus
• attendance forms, etc.
• Conduct daily health checks on the children upon arrival when necessary
• Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books, etc
• Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.
• Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre
• Ensure safety of children within the premises
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
