The Assistant Director of Programmes and Services plays a crucial role in the effective operation and growth of our social service agency. Qualifications:

a) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, counselling, psychology, public administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Scope and responsibilities
The research assistant will provide support to the PI (Asst. Prof. Kean J. HSU) and other project team members on overall research administration for the project, including coordination of research staff and trainees based on a lab schedule, training and supervising new volunteer research assistants, screening, recruitment, scheduling, and retention of research participants, following up with participants regarding their online follow-up assessments up to six months post-baseline, tracking of overall research project progress, as well as running participants through in-lab study protocols. They will also be responsible for supporting IRB protocol modifications and compliance, managing data (including basic data analysis), and managing telegram project channel and project website. Based on their performance and skills demonstrated in this role, study coordinators may be invited to assist with manuscripts and earn co-authorship credit for their work.
