Responsibilities:
Responsible for Group’s, finance, HR and administrative functions with the Finance team in:

• Cash management and dayto-day liaison with bank
• Monitor and manage funding requirement within the group
• Ensure timely closing and management reporting
• Preparation of budget and monitoring of variances
• Work with auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance for Singapore incorporate entities
• Company secretarial and corporate compliance matters for all entities
• Monitor existing investments of the Group, including managing capital calls/distributions
• Actively look for yield enhancing ideas as well as evaluation of investment ideas from banks
• Involve in evaluation and execution of new deals, including due diligence, incorporation of companies, tax matters and financing
• Working with bank for financing of deals
• Assist in planning and funding of philanthropy programmes and annual community education awards
• Any adhoc duties as directed by Group CEO
• Any administrative matters that may arise from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Accountancy/Finance
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• At least 10 years’ working experience in similar field
• Experience working in family offices preferred
• Hands on in all aspects of accounting and company secretarial matters
• Effective leadership skill and people management

About the Role:

• Manage day to day operation, daily data logging, and attend daily operation toolbox meeting.
• On duty to standby for response to emergency fault calls after officer hour.
• Liaise with camp user to prepare and submit work proposal for job requests received.
• Prepare costing, condition assessment, and proposal for Corrective Maintenance works before required time frame in contract.
• Supervise sub-contractors’ work, checks and certify Maintenance Works service reports.

• Responsible for inventory record, drawings, documentations, DLP registers, and legal registry.
• Compile and maintain service reports, Licenses/Certificates on site.
• Prepare and submit Certificate of Completion for Maintenance Works and Services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.
• Follow up with Contractor to carry out corrective maintenance and to rectify defects reported by QC/QA (Quality control/Quality assurance) Users and perform additional role such as Safety Lead and/or FSM Inspection Job.

About You:

• Diploma in Facilities Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent.
• 2 years relevant Facilities Operation experience in a FM service provider / factories / owner.
• FSM / ECO / other FM and Safety related certificates will have added advantage.
