• Ensure that store administration duties are completed under Goelia's business operation company standard
• Arrange in-store display according to company standards

Job Responsibilities

Acting as a project manager, your duties will include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Manage day-to-day project activities including scheduling, coordinating and monitoring of solar projects
• Manage the works progress, provide technical reviews, ensure compliance with relevant codes, practices and applicable standards and specifications
• Generate reports, minutes of meetings, manage necessary correspondences with all parties
• Manage various stakeholder’s relation to ensure smooth and safe delivery of the solar projects
• Able to perform multi-tasking as assigned
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or any other Engineering discipline
• Able to communicate effectively & handle resolutions on site matters
• A self-starter who is able to work independently, take initiative and works well in a team
• Familiar with Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement and Permit to Work application requirements and procedures
• Must be able to interactive with various stakeholders and work independently
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Safety certifications such as Working at Height, Construction Safety Orientation Course etc will be advantageous

Responsibilities

1. Interdepartmental Support

• Support the Accounts and Admin team with invoicing and report administration
• Assist the Sales team with marketing materials, correction of sales documents (such as quotations), and coordination with other departments.
• Provide the Quality team and customers with tracking data of established objectives.
• Any other inter-departmental support as reasonably required.

2. Maintenance to Cloud System/ Existing Processes

• Assist with the development, testing and implementation of the new system. Liaise with the software vendor on problems encountered and ensure solutions are implemented thoroughly.
• Train newcomers or other departments during orientation or on upgrades to the system/ processes.
• Suggest improvements and more efficient work flows to both the system and existing processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of critical information on any work processes and on the system’s database.
• Any other system matters as reasonably required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, or equivalent.
• 1-year experience in any operations roles. Fresh graduates may be considered with a lower starting pay.
• Good command in written and oral English is a must
• Flexible and agile mindset, self-motivated and display drive for seeking excellence and continuously improve.
• High level of integrity and able to work independently
• Team player with effective communication skills: able to work with people from different backgrounds/ nationalities
• Competent with general computer applications and comfortable with tackling new software.
• Good time-management skills: Demonstrates the understanding of deadlines and has a sense of urgency to complete according to schedule.
