Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontline Representative: Act as the primary point of contact for schools and users, ensuring effective execution of facilities management services.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
• Experience in educational or public sector facilities management.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s building and safety regulations.
• Willingness to conduct frequent site visits across various school locations in Singapore.
