Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, biology, chemistry, pharmacy).
• 4 - 7 years of applied technical experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Hands-on commissioning, qualification, and validation experience in at least two of the following disciplines: Facilities (including design, flow analysis, HVAC), Utilities (including WFI / RO/ purified water, clean steam, clean air, compressed air and gases, process waste systems), major equipment, process/cleaning and equipment validation/qualification, or computer software validation.
• Firm understanding of cGMP validation requirements/guidelines and current industry practices.

For CQV Specialists in QA:

1 Person:

• Oversight of all CQV activities requires 1 experienced individual to oversee CSV, with 7 - 8 years of experience in CSV or QA oversight.
• CSV for writing validation PLANS ONLY, not protocols for different CSV.
• May keep 1 or 2 contractors to support process validation activities, reviewing protocols and reports after the contract is over.

2 Persons:

• 2 QA individuals providing oversight for C&Q activities, IOQP, etc., on manufacturing systems, facilities, utilities, process equipment (e.g., P&I review), and reviewing reports

2 Persons:

• Another 2 for QC oversight, overseeing AMV, C&Q activities of Lab systems, reviewing reports

Job Description

• Support Singapore sales team and distributors in ASEAN & South Asia region for all HPLC related sales and product lines.
• Conduct regular sales training and educate sales staff so that they are knowledgeable about products, markets and applications.
• Expand HPLC sales in ASEAN & South Asia market by studying the market potential and scope of expansion in each region.
• Strategize and plan promotional activities with the sales team.
• Participate in various technological seminars, conferences and present Shimadzu HPLC solutions and advanced applications.

Educational Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biological Science or related equivalent qualifications.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting would be an advantage.

Other Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of working experience and practical hands-on laboratory experience on HPLC in any field is essential.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the HPLC technologies and applications, a good understanding of the HPLC business and how to strengthen Shimadzu's position in the market.
• Good understanding of HPLC workflows, customer needs and challenges in the target and emerging markets
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills are required to communicate with customers, partners and internal team members.
• Strong customer-oriented and sales-oriented attitude is essential.
• Must be willing to travel extensively in ASEAN & South Asia, including India.

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Specialist to drive the discovery, analysis, and reporting of operational insights to internal stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role. As our BI Senior Specialist, you will be working with various teams across the company, including sales, marketing, e-commerce, customer service and product, to plan and execute BI reporting and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust business intelligence dashboards and reports, tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions
• Work with Management to spearhead business critical data projects end-to-end, and create insightful reports
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making
• Drive business insights using data, identify purchase trends and propose recommendations for business growth
• Review day-to-day operational processes, identify areas for improvement and make actionable recommendations to relevant teams
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities
• Use automation to prepare clean, concise, easy to understand dashboards to reduce ad-hoc recurring data requests
• Monitor business critical metrics and escalate irregularities

Requirements

• Proven experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role
• Prior working experience in using SQL and BI visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, AWS Quicksight) is preferred
• Experience with data warehousing (e.g. AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery and Microsoft Azure SQL Data Warehouse) is a plus
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver tasks when required
• Data-driven, highly organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently to prioritise and execute tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box
• Exposure to Agile: weekly sprint and release working models
• Excellent communication skills - very good at communicating across teams
