JOB SCOPE

The role of the Security Officer is to maintain the safety and security levels of all our guests, customers, employees, tenants and service vendors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct random checks on goods and staff entering/leaving the hotel premises.

2. Perform CCTV surveillance and hotel patrolling duties, reports suspicious and or any unusual activities to the Supervisor.

3. Perform traffic enforcement patrols at hotel's driveway and carpark when necessary.

4. Ensure safekeeping of all lost and found items and record down in the Occurrence Book.

5. To be well versed with the fire alarm panel and the follow-up procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. GCE O Level or N Level equivalents.

2. Minimum one (1) year's of related experience at the Senior level.

3. Able to carry out heavy physical tasks.

4. Possess valid PLRD licence and Recognised Terrorist Threat Certificate.

5. Permanent part-time position, able to work Thursday - Sunday or Friday - Sunday, 10am - 6pm and/or 2pm - 10pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process data entry and filling.
• Assist in process of documents and order for office usage.
• Updating of approved vendor's listing and vendor evaluation forms.
• Prepares monthly report for petty cash.
• Placing of orders for food service, indirect materials and re-order level of stock levels.
• Sourcing of better priced and quality products.
• Co-ordinate with the vendors or suppliers on the date and times of deliveries.
• Able to negotiate with the various suppliers and/or vendors to get the best prices and quality products.
• Other add-hoc duty assigned by management.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and other purchasing software.
• Possess strong negotiation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Verify and reconcile daily transactions from all revenue-generating departments, including rooms, food and beverage and banquet.

2. Review and verify Night Auditors logbook, daily revenue report and daily Food & Beverage report with supporting vouchers and trial balance.

3. Review and reconcile the guest ledger, city ledger and credit card to the Accounts Receivable.

4. Review the interface between Point of Sale (POS) systems, Hotel Management Systems (HMS) and NetSuites, ensuring that revenue data flows accurately and seamlessly between the systems.

5. Review of daily no show and cancellation report and ensure that no show and cancellation revenue have been properly accounted for.

6. Examine daily reports for paid outs, rebates, adjustments, house use, and complimentary rooms to ensure that each transaction is supported by relevant documentation and approved by the appropriate authorised personnel.

7. Review daily Food & Beverage void and discount reports to ensure all entries are accurately documented and supported by appropriate justification.

8. Audit the daily cash summary and update General Cashier's report.

9. Review overages and shortages of Cashiers and take appropriate action and review Front Office foreign exchange rates as and when required.

10. Conduct float counting of all house fund holders on a weekly basis and prepare a monthly float count summary.

11. Responsible for conducting monthly surprise cash count at Front Office and F&B outlets.

12. Ensure the foreign currency exchange rates are updated regularly and to check on the accuracy of such rates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) or other professional accounting accreditation.

2. Minimum of 3 years experiences in Hospitality/relevant field.

3. Well-developed communication skills to interact with broad ranges of audiences.

4. A big picture thinker who is detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the company's strategy in the Singapore market, responsible for market expansion, brand development, and overall operations management in Singapore.
• Conduct sales forecasting for the Singapore market, and based on industry developments and customer demands, propose corresponding planning recommendations and sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Directors, Doctors, and frontline colleagues to develop and execute operational plans.
• Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee logistics, materials, and manpower to meet business demands.
• Handle sudden changes and challenges such as machine breakdowns and manpower shortages effectively.
• Utilize IT systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration and Health Sciences.
• 2 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry, are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English communication and writing.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.
• Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive, able to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Proficient in IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing full spectrum of financial reporting inclusive preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets with the relevant schedules
• Ensure accurate recording of project cost to the respective projects, conduct monthly variances analysis and taking necessary preventive measures as needs through constant communication with the project team
• Preparation of project cash flow and overall company’s cashflow ensuring liquidity of the company for its’ operations and obligations are met
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, relevant regulatory requirements, internal controls adhered and safeguard company’s resources.
• Ensure preparation and timely submission of GST, ECI, withholding taxes and corporate income taxes
• Coordinate and develop project budgets for the projects undertaken by the company
• Develop yearly budget, rolling forecast, perform monthly review and advise on any deviances and counter measures needed to achieve the target
• Oversee the preparation of monthly workers payroll ensuring wages, overtime, allowances, recoverable are accurately computed and cost are accurately distributed to the respective projects.
• Prepare monthly staff payroll ensuring salaries and allowances are accurately computed and distributed to the respective projects and overhead.
• Preparation and submission of monthly CPF, SDL and donations within due dates
• Preparation and submission of IR21as and when required and yearly IR8A auto inclusion within the due date
• Assist is preparation and submission of necessary government grants which includes attending and clearing the queries by the grant auditor.
• Assist in compiling and preparation of information required for submission of surveys to various government agencies
• Conduct random internal audit to test if internal control system is effective and are strictly always adhered by all parties, to identify key issues for immediate corrective actions
• Liaise with external parties such as company secretaries, tax agents, bankers and auditors as required
• Assist to oversee general office administrative function not limited to insurances, transportation, permits & licenses etc
• Other duties and functions which may be assigned from time to time by the management

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or Professional Accounting qualification
• Good knowledge of financial reporting standards, detailed orientated, analytical skills and ability to work within timeline
• Experienced in cost method financial reporting and consistent in accounting entries
• Experienced in handling transactions in multiple currencies and requirement for financial reporting
• Good understanding of construction processes and abilility to communicate effectively with the project team ensuring project timelines are met
• Ability to analyse and reason out variances between project revenues and expenses and make constant follow up with the project team to address the gap
• Proficient in MS Office applications and hand on with ERP systems and QuickBooks
• Ability to multitask and prioritize things to meet the given timeline
